Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we only accept returns or offer refunds if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return/Refund:

1. Email us at animecentralprints@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

2. We’ll review your request within 2 business days.

3. If approved, we will either replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
